We are looking for a way to set up reminders that will
appear on multiple manager’s computers.

Can they create a task with the reminder checked and
assign that task to multiple partners. They will each get
a reminder. I'm not sure if they would just delete at
that point of if they have to complete the task. We want
to stay away from generic mailboxes.

You can't do this with tasks, but you could do it with email messages -- set the Follow Up Flag and reminder time to today (or real soon now).
