Hi Robin,

What is the exact message you are getting and on what version of Windows when trying to remove MS Office 2007 Beta2?

Are there other '2007' product versions also listed in Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control panel.

Hi Robin,

As a guess, the patching files used by Office may be damaged, but it would help if you could provide the *exact* error message that
he is getting (although Patrick may find it in the log file you emailed).

Also, check to see if he can run Repair/Reinstall from Office 2003 successfully from Add/Remove Programs in the Windows control
panel.
