I haven't published my web site in quite a while and I don't remember this
error appearing before. I'm getting "Server error: Cannot open "we80.cnf":
no such file or folder".

Is this an error on my end or on the host's side? How do I find out?

I am having exactly the same problem. I'm guessing that its a problem
with the FP extensions on the server but I don't know for sure. I hope
someone can post an answer to this.
