Sweet Lou

Is there any way I can access onenote from a SharePoint or web based site so
I can access without going through the Remote connection?

Do you have OneNote on the other machines? If so, yes, OneNote can be put on
a Sharepoint site and accessed from multiple machines. Just go to Save as,
and save the Notebook onto the sharepoint site, or crete a new notebook on a
Sharepoint url.

OneNote can also be accessed via any public or easily accessible directory.
You could open up the Notebook on an accessible folder maybe at work, go home
and add content on it offline, and then conect back to your worknetwork, and
the content will be synced back to the original location.

With sharepoint, be careful when copying the url. Leave out the "/*.aspx"
tail and sometimes the UNC before that, like "/Forms/default.aspx". It's best
to Navigate to the site in the "Save As" window to make sure you are saving
on the intended location.

Also, Sharepoint sites do not sync up as quickly as other UNCs. It sinks up
approximately every 10 mins.
