Web access problem

I have a few issues:
1) How can I eliminate the external links from appearing in the web access
2) The date remains in US form in web access. In the regional settings on my
PC they appear correctly.

I'm not sure what you're asking in item number one, please be more specific.
As to the your issue with PWA, I understand that there are issues with this
in 2007 SP2 in some languages. I know for certain that this is a problem
with Hebrew and that there is a fix for this in the works.

Regarding item 2:

I remember looking for this one as well. The issue is not with the Project Server setup, but the SharePoint site setup.

Click on "Site Actions" at the top right, then on "Site Settings" from the dropdown list.

You should now see five columns, the fourth entitled "Site Administration". The top hyperlink should be "Regional Settings" and from the subsequent screen, you should be able to set the locale.

Regarding item 1, I'm not sure that I understand where the external links that you refer to appear.
