Web Access Status Report

One of my user is having a problem with the status report in Web Access
2003.

When he want to respond to the status report that is sent to him, the
text area under each section(like Major Accomplishment) does not be able
to render. Thus he cannot type in anything. What he see is instead the
normal image not found symbol.

Status reporting is a little weird, isn't it? Is the user clicking in each of the text boxes to try to make the updates? The way that screen works you have to click into the field you want to edit for the tools for that section to activate. If that is what the usre is doing and you're still having the problem let us know.
