Web access task issues

Background:

Hi we have been using Project std 2003 and project server for 6-7 months now
and have worked it to the point that it is running pretty smoothly for us now
and have 20-30 separate projects running at any one time. We have it set up
with one Project manager running std and creating the projects then we have
7or 8 people (all licensed with additional cal's) using a combination of
project web access and outlook to get and report on their tasks assigned them.

One web access user is experiencing a new problem that she wasn't previously
encountering and I haven't been able to find any write ups on why;

Issue:

She has not received recent tasks and keeps getting emailed with reminders
for other tasks. When looking at these tasks they are complete and confirmed
by the project manager but in the % work completed column of web access they
show up red. She has several other tasks that work just fine. Red tasks are
not limited to one project and are dispersed with tasks behaving correctly.
Any ideas why this may be?

Any help at all, really. Throw me a bone. I'm not that technical so it may be
