Web Access to Groove Messages

I have a friend using Groove regularly who will be traveling and asked if
there is a means by which he can access Groove messages via the web. We use
3.1a and are not server-based at this time.

According to your description and based on my experience, Groove can support
the web service for end user. We can use Groove SDK which can provide us the
public API to design the suitable web service and use it to access Groove
related component.
