Web Access to project Server

Hello,
I have an error when I try to access to my Project Server Web Site.
I can't access to the ressource page. When I try, I have a Vb alert that
indicates there is a problem to acced to the ressources stored on the
database and the problem may come from the DNS configuration of Project
Server.
When I try to reach the Task or project page, I'm redirected to the home
page. But I can reach the projects from Ms Project 2003.
Do you have any idea ?

Thanks
Richard

Hi one of my project managers has exactly the same problem. He is the only
one of my 50 project users... I have just upgraded to SP1 and kind of
believed that there was an active x issue on this specific PC. Did not work.
Looking at the security settings but no luck for now.

Hi Richard. This may or may not be applicable in your case: We had the same
problem and traced it back to a firewall. The Resouces, Updates, and
Projects pages were all broken when accessing PWA from a remote location
(over a firewall to firewall VPN). We ended up configuring the site to use
SSL to fix the problem.

The reason the firewall caused issues is that when you click those page
links, the URLs that are transferred are self-referencing; which is a
behavior typical of Trojans. Our Checkpoint firewall is configured to block
that kind of behavior.

I'm not sure whether or not this is part of Microsoft's Secure Computing
Initiative. :)

Hi Matt,
My Project Server is in my intranet and I bypass the proxy to reach this
server. But I have another idea. The dbo SQL account created for the project
Server database is linked to a Windows account that is now disabled. Maybe
if I change this sql account, my problem will be resolved.
I tried to change it but I didn't found where I can do it ? In the Web
project admin plateform, I can't change the SQL configuration to reach the
database.
Do you have any idea ?
