Hi,


Right click on it, select Properties. Under the Shortcut tab, you should
spot the entry with a label "Target", check if the program is really at the
specified place... If not, try to find it. Also, under the Security tab, if
any such tab, the current account you use should at least have Read and
Execute right (you can also use RunAs, under XP, to launch an application
under another account). You should also check if you have an Internet access
(using IE, as example).

This is a newsgroup about MS Access, a software, generally part of Office,
that deals with applications using Databases. I assume there is a more
precise newsgroup dedicated to your problem, if unsolved, like
microsoft.public.msn.discussion.
