web-based bookmarks

A problem many people have is storing bookmarks on a work PC then a different
set on a home PC. IE should allow me to save my bookmarks to a common folder
of my own online, so whenever I need them, they're all stored in one place
online.

There are web based services that do this, one of them used to be blink.com.
