If I set up a my system to have multi users, How can I
deny access to all web browsers for other users besif=des
myself? Im using XP.

Suggest you post your question to a newsgroup devoted to Windows XP -
possibly:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin

This group is devoted to Microsoft Access, the database development product.
