Web Button hyperlinks not working right.

Since the Web Navigation buttons can't be put side by side, and I want my
navigation "buttons" to be listed across the top of the page(s), I thought
I'd try using the Web Buttons instead. I insert them, change the color to
what I want, change the text, then highlight the text and insert a hyperlink
pointing to the page in the document. When I view it as a web page though,
every single button takes me to the home page instead of to the page I
linked it to.

What am I doing wrong???

Thanks!

I'd like to know what version we are talking about in this thread.

A common error is to have text in the graphic with a hyperlink AND have a
hyperlink on the graphic itself. Resulting in different results depending on
where you actually click.

I'd suspect that is the issue. Put the hyperlink on one or the other.

I have a similar problem in Publisher 2000 bundled with MS Office.

The pages got messed up and now the navigation bar goes to the wrong page.
How do I fix the navigation bar. I put a heading in the right place for the
right page, but that page does not appear in the navigation bar, but the page
after it. Very frustrating.

Also, my disk has a scratch and help topic no longer works and I cannot
reinstall.
