When mapping a web site, Visio doesn't recognize .aspx .php or .cfm as valid
hyperlink extentions. Is there an update that covers this or a way to add
them as exceptable extentions for links?

I believe that you can add extensions to the tool (at least in the v2003
version) by using the "web site map settings" (shows up when you select
generate as a button on the bottom of the dialog)
