WEB client VS Project Pro client

Where can I find detailed information on the capability of the WEB client
with Project server 2007?
We do not feel we need all the functionality that is offered with the
Project Professional client but at the sometime I’m not able to locate any
information specifically addressing the WEB client capability with the
Project server 2007.

I’m curious as to what we can and cannot do with just WEB clients.

Dale, I should add that you gave me some great information in the past but
the deeper I get in to this the more question a keep coming up.
Ex: "Time sheets", can the WEB clients take advantage of this? I'm not
finding much info.

Is there somewhere to get a good definition of what all the WEB client can do?
I know I can create Proposals and Activates and NOT Projects.
I know I can build a resource group and add resources to Proposals and
activities but then there is the question of what else can be done to manage
resources, the Proposals and activates themselves.

Gary & Dale have a section in their book, "Managing Enterprise Projects using
MOPS 2007" on Proposals & Activiities. They aren't very flexible or useful.
The limitations are much greater than the benefits. MOPS is designed as the
back-end for the Project client--trying to use it for anything else is likely
to be frustrating and unproductive. You really can't do much more than you've
listed below.
Hope this gives a little clarification...
Mike
