Web Components and Office Activation issue

Hello,

We're encountering an activation issue with Office.
Help > Activate Product... tells us that Office is already (well ?) activated.
Opening a web page containing an Office Spreadsheet will result in the
spreadsheet being not updatable (view only mode), thus believing Office is
not well activated...

Any advice ?

Do you have office installed on the machine your loading the webpage ? If no
then you need to create a lpk package on the server housing the webpage.

If you do have office on your local box, and you are still in read-only,
download the latest xp web components off teh website and re-install, this
resolved the issue when i have a similar problem.

OfficeXP is installed on every box.
We, indeed, downloaded the latest version of the Web Component and yes, it's
working now.
