Web Designer Beta1 downloaded and had problems installing

I downloaded Web Desinger Beta1 (webdesinger.exe the Sept. version) and when
I try to run it I get a message in Chinese or Jpaenese -- when I click OK
nothing happens!! Can anyone help. Thanks

Sounds like you downloaded the wrong version.

Are you sure you got the english edtion?

Remember it's a beta -don't run it on your primary computer. Run Beta
software on a second computer used only for testing such software.

I downloaded it again and I positive I selected the English version - the
same thing happened!!
