What is sp3 professional?

Do you mean what web editors does microsoft have?

There is Expression Web 3.0 which is just out .... awaiting the first
service pack so that it can have some much needed inclusions....there is a
60 day trial you can get to try it out...

there is also sharepoint designer 2007 which is free.... it contains
sharepoint of course and some fp bots but you can just ignore those.. it
works like expression web 1.0 and does not remember the logins for ftp
(though ew2 and ew3 do) ...
