Web E-Mail in Publisher 2003

I am trying to use Publisher 2003 (Sp 2) to send an electronic e-mail
newsletter. There is a template for it, but everytime I try to send the
email newsletter it tells me the "Interface Is Not Registered". I cannot
find any help with this at all. The software I am using is all Microsoft
Professional Office w/Sp 2...and it is all registered and activited software!
I am also using it on Windows Professional XP if that is of any help.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated!!

Do you have Outlook 2003 or Outlook Express 5.0 or 6.0 set as your default
email client?

Usually there is a number associated with your error.
It would look similar to this:
No such interface supported.
Error code 0x80004002

Do you get an error number?

Sorry for being away...had meetings to attend.

There is no error message or code, simply a small familiar Message Window
that says 'Interface Not Registered'. I discovered that I get the same
message when also trying to mail a message in Word (not as an attachment but
as the email itself). I am using the entire Professional Office suite.

Found this:
Create a file named Register.bat, and then place the file in the
WindowsDirectory\System32\ folder on your computer.

Add the following line to the BAT file:
for %%v in ( *.dll ) do regsvr32 /s %%v

Run the BAT file.
