Good Day and Thank you for looking at my problem. I have
a website that I use Frontpage I am attempting to figure
out how to put a word document onto the site and allow
users to be able to complete and then send completed form
to me with a submit button.

Thanks,
Krefty

Cutting and pasting from Word and into FP will cause tremendous bloat in
your html and in some instances make the page non-readable to non_MS users.

The second consideration is also the "components" of FP, which your
considering using for a form.

The third issue is a security issue, which FP will use your email address to
send this form to you. It makes your website address accessible to both
receiving spam and for sending spam by hackers. The best procedure for a
form is to use a script which is either designed secure or is made secure by
your website host.

If your desire is to use the form on an intranet?
Than, the issues I've presented are irrelevant.
