Chris
I'm need some assistance with converting existing XP Word
documents for viewing as HTML via the web. Most of the
original text formatting is retained (i.e. font, pitch,
underling, italics, bold, etc.).
However, I'm having problems in the following 4 areas:
Specifically,
(1) text aligned via tabs;
(2) hanging indents in bullet lists;
(3) extra spacing between lines for "center aligned"
paragraphs;
(4) alignment/word wrap for my right margins.
Viewing in "web layout" doesn't show exactly as viewed
through my web browser (IE 6). I've played around by
selecting the text, clicking on "Table" and converting
text to table. This seems to work, but somewhat time
consuming.
Any recommendations on the functionality, tools, etc. in
Word XP for streamling the HTML conversion?
Thanks from a Word XP Newbie!!
