Web forms to entourage contacts

Can anyone tell me where i can find templates for my website where a visitor can enter their information and it comes to my entourage email and adds a new contact?

That's two separate functions. You'll need to ask on a forum for websites to
get help with a form or do a google search on creating a form. Personally, I
use a link that automatically addresses an email with the correct subject
that triggers a rule I have in Entourage to act on that message.

When you create your rule in Entourage you could use something like this:

Subject contains <enter the subject you created in the link>

Move to folder <select folder>
Add sender to Address Book

(I also suggest you set a category to these contacts)
