Web Forms

I have created a form in a Web frame in MSWord 2002.
Within a Table, I have some text boxes and some radio
buttons.
Then in a second table, I have 5 columns of radio button
choices.
both tables are within the Form borders.
When I check the page through "Web page preview", all
works well.
When I try to add a second row of radio button choices in
the 2nd table, all the controls become non active.
I have been able to make them work again by going into
the properties of each control, changing something and
then change it back again.
This keeps happening everytime I add a row.
Any ideas?
