Web hosted version of OneNote 2003-access to notes from anywhere

I don't have a notebook computer and I'd like to be able to access my notes
from anywhere I can access the internet. Is there a web hosted version of
OneNote 2003 or some type of solution that will allow me to do that?

If you only need them to be read-only you could publish them to web pages
and post them on a webserver someplace. Then you could access them with
Internet Explorer from almost anywhere.
