Web Hosting

I have tried several web hosts and am not satisfied. Many claim to offer services I need, but in fact, they either do not or the services are hap hazard at best

I am seriously looking for a web host that offers real majordomo mailing lists and FrontPage server extensions (2002)

If anyone has any recommendations I would be most appreciative. I do not like VDS hosting, btw
