Web Integration

I work in IT at a conference center/hotel. I made diagrams of each of our
meeting rooms and a custom stencil with all of our specific AV shapes. I was
wondering if it was possible to integrate the drawings into our website. I
know we can publish the drawings as HTML, but I would like a little different
process.

I would like to be able to have our customers log in to our site and design
their own room set. I priced lots of other software that allows this
(non-Visio) and they are outrageous. We went with Visio because we could buy
enough licenses for our sales and AV team. However, is there a way that
customers can use our stencils and drawings on the web, then save that
drawing to our server for access later? We could email the drawings to the
customers, but not everyone has Visio to edit it with.

Any suggestions?

Look at the feature of the visio viewer wich can be downloaded freely from
microsoft web site.
