Web links & copy/paste in Onenote

I have saved web links from favorites into my onenote. I used to be able to
click on them & go to the web pages. Now when I click on them it says,
"this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer please contact your system adminastrator" ? Can you please help ?
Also for some reason when I go to a web site & want to copy/paste something,
onenote will not let me ? Nothing happens.

It will probably be a problem with a registry entry, which is corrupt.

Here in the syntax for a *.reg file (between the arrows):

@="\"C:\\Program Files\\Internet Explorer\\IEXPLORE.EXE\" -nohome"

assuming a standard path to IE.
