web outlook problem in IE 7

I can access and use my work e-mail remotely using Communicator or Firefox
but have problems using Explorer. I can log in, see all my mail folders, even
compose and send an e-mail. Problem is I can't open my inbox or any of my
folders. When I click on inbox it says it is loading but nothing happens and
no mail comes up.This is very frustrating as Communicator and Firefox do not
work well with web outlook. Although they seem faster than Explorer font
formating is limited. Please help!

Try uninstalling IE7 and seeing if IE6 works better.

Try it on a computer with IE6 - if something is messed up on the server
(security too tight), you'll see this behavior with both IE 6 and 7. You'll
need to speak to your admin about it.

the problem started in IE6 so that was why I installed IE7!!!

thanks - have tried reducing security to lowest but that does not help!!!

That's the kind of information you should mention up-front so people don't
waste their time suggestion something you already know won't work.
