Web page is not centered

I am using Publisher 2002. Although my design is centered on the page before uploading, it is always to the left on the web. See www.bethelcolumbia.org Thanks.

Centering of a web page in the browser requires the use of the center tag
outside of the body tag. I cover this in my faq
http://www.davidbartosik.com/faq.htm - however in version 2002 this
typically won't work because of the CSS2 absolute positioning that 2002
writes. Your Publisher 2002 is working "as designed".
