web page names

I have a web site with almost 300 pages (family tree). Each time I make a
change to the web site I upload all 300 pages. MS Publisher renames the
pages each time I upload. How can I keep the same web page name for each
page without naming each page separately. Can I do it programmatically?

P.S.

I would like to have the web page name the same as the page name in MS
Publishing.
