It depends on the version of Word. In Word 2002, see the Help topics "About
creating a Web page" and "Create a Web page." You'll find many other related
Help topics by looking for "Web page" and "Web site" in the Help index.
There's not much on the actual publishing (how you do this will depend
somewhat on the hosting ISP), aside from the article "Add or remove an FTP
site from the list of Internet sites." In theory, you publish the pages by
just saving to the FTP site, but I haven't had any luck doing this.
