web pages won't refresh to show changes

When I make changes to my web pages, at home, the changes show after I
"refresh". They won't refresh from my business computer. I have XPPro at
work, and XP home at home. I've already done the clear cache process.

It sounds like you connect via a proxy server at work. There you will
have to wait until the proxy server refreshes. How often it does that
depends on how it is set up.

Sometimes using Ctrl-refresh will provide an uncached/fresh view of a page.

Thanks, Guys . . . we have Charter Broadband at the office and you would
think it would work faster. I looked at my site this AM and it still showed
the old page from yesterday. Crazy!! I'll try the Ctrl-refresh.
