Web Publishing Wizard won't run

When I try to save an Outlook 2000 Calendar as a web
page, it keeps telling me to install the Web Publishing
Wizard.

The WPWIZ.EXE on my system won't run due to it not being
certified or something. It says to reinstall it.

Where is WPWIZ.EXE? Office or Windows XP? I can't find
it anywhere on Microsoft's download sites. I need to
reinstall it before I can save a calendar as a web page.
