Web Publishing Wizard

When I attempt to publish my site to the web using the Web Publishing Wizard,
my only choices are to create a MSN Group to upload to. Is this normal, or is
there something that I am not doing. I want to upload my site to our web
site, not an MSN Group. Is this function unavailable when using the wizard?
Please advise.

The WPW was deprecated back in the Windows ME days. It shouldn't be used.
Publisher has built in publishing and that is the correct route to take.
