Web Query Function

I'm having problems setting up a Web Query capability. I'm using EXCEL 2000
on WIN98. When I do a New Web Query, EXCEL tries to go to the web but never
succeeds in getting to the page. I have my firewall -- ZONE ALARM --
disabled. Any ideas?
