Web Query

I'd like to be able to run a web query in Excel X, but am having trouble
doing it. In Excel XP, there is a command called Get External Data that I
can use to build a web query.

Does anyone know how to enable this functionality in Excel X?

I'd like to be able to create a web query for my fantasy football results.

Thanks,
Sarah

XLv.X doesn't have the web query edit/create capability, but the
Data/Get External Data/Run Saved Query allows you to run queries.

Web queries are just text files, however, so if you duplicate one of the
queries in the Microsoft Office X:Office:Queries folder, you can edit it
in TextEdit or any other text editor.

A word of caution here... You can't use a web query to get data from a
password-protected web site. I was trying to do something like this
myself today, and discovered this limitation.
