web search component

I inserted a web search component in my website but I am
having some problems. Based on the Search Form Properties
Box, I believe that my web is using the Frontpage Text
Index. I published my site and when I attempt a search
online it brings me to a blank page that says "Service is
not running." I would appreciate any suggestions as to
how to fix this. Thank you!

Your host must enable Index Server and build a Index Catalog for your site.
