Web SEARCH picks up text on deleted page

Hi, how do I stop my website search feature from picking up text on deleted
pages. For example, flow blue page 37 has been deleted in my website, but
the SEARCH feature stills picks up text from the deleted page. When I click
on the search link to flow blue 37, I get "The Page cannot be found" page.

I have deleted the search component. Did a recalc links. Then added the
search component back to my website. Then did a recalc links. Then uploaded
to my webhost, MS BCentral.
