Web Service References Dialog Box in Access 2003 Beta

Question:
In Access 2003 Beta, were is the Web Service References
Dialog Box? I think it was under <Tools> <Web References>
in Access 2002.....can't find in 2003?

Details: Trying to use an Access Form with Visual
Studio.net for the following walk-thru:

Title: "How to Create and Deploy XML Web Services Using
Visual Studio.net and Office XP"

Section: "Creating the Client Application"

Item: 11
