Web Site Appearence

I have recently published my site. On one computer running IE7 the pages
display properly. On another Computer using IE6 images and text overlap each
other and are not displayed properly. Is there a setting I am missing?
Should this not display exactly the same on all computers?

I don't see any text/images overlapping in IE6, IE7, or Firefox.
Your page transition script is only working in IE7.
Your pictures are of humongous file size. The download time is very, very
slow, even on our T-1. You need to optimize them. Those on dial-up won't
stay around.

I see text overlapping on my end in IE7, but not sure why. There is even one
spot where an image is overlapping text. The image with the eye.
