Hello:
A new employee who has brought his laptop from his previous place of
business is using Outlook 2003.
Whenever someone from outside of the office replies to one of his e-mails,
the reply always contains a web link (HTML link) above our employee's
signature. And, this HTML link is the home page of our employee's previous
place of business.
Let me try to give you an example of how I tested this.
From the employee's Outlook, I sent an e-mail to my personal Hotmail
account. Then, I sent a reply back, from my Hotmail account. When I opened
this e-mail in our employee's Outlook, this HTML link appeared above the
employee's signature.
I have checked our employee's signature properties and nothing appears out
of the ordinary.
We would like to get rid of this HTML link, showing the employee's previous
place of business. Does anyone know of a remedy?
Thanks!
