web site looks different on different computers

I wonder if anyone can help me. I've asked many people but haven't been able
to find the answer from anyone.
My web page looks different on everyone's computer. For example, on my
friends computer the picture is was to the right, and on mine, it's lined up
correctlly under the title bar where it should be. Also, when I change the
size of my browser window, the pictures embedded in the website also move to
different locations slightly, rather than the whole page being sized smaller
or condensed.
I even had a web designer stumped, she didn't know why it was happening, and
she was using Frontpage. I'm using Publisher and for someone like myself,
find it quite comfortable except this problem.
So I know that the display settings on someone's computer can change the
size of the site when they download it, but shouldn't at the least placement
of things in the site as a whole not be altered???

Look forward to hearing any help that anyone can offer!!
Thanks
p.s. my site is www.fengshuisystems.com
thanks again!

To help those who can help you please tell what version of Publisher and
Windows.

I use Publisher 2000 and under Tools use Design checker

I looked at your site and many images do not appear. When you edit the site
be sure to re-upload all of the site files.

What is really needed in your post is the version you are using.
And the full version, meaning including Service Packs.
ie 2002 SP3 or 2003 SP1.

What browsers are you comparing?
What display resolutions are you comparing?
