I have a trial version on a new computer of Microsoft Office Student &
Teacher Edition it comes with a certificate of Authenticity. I input the
Trial Key to upgrade to the perminent edition and it does not accept the
numbers.

Either you have typed the numbers in wrong, or contact your local Microsoft or
distributor. This is a newsgroup for Microsoft Access users, it is not
actually talking to Microsoft.

There is no known problem of Microsoft Product Keys not working. They are
usually a combination of letters and numbers. It is possible you may have
typed in the wrong number, as there may be many numbers on the Microsoft
package. Locate the "Product Key".
