Web toolbar in Word 2003 - where is it in Word 2007???

I have a very astute employee who loves the web toolbar available in Word
2003 and Excel 2003. He uses it all the time in a variety of ways.

I can't find anything similar in the Word 2007 ribbon. Any advice on where
/ how to get this?

It looks like you're partly in luck and partly out of luck. :\

If you create a custom toolbar in Word 2003 and add the tools from the web
toolbar to it, you should be able to deploy it in 2007 -
