Web toolbar pop up

Noel

Hi, I tried posting this question a couple of times on the
Access newsgroup without any replies. Can anyone help here?

I am using a Hyperlink address on an Access database
command button to open a Mail Merge document. When it
opens, a Web Toolbar opens also and stays on the screen
when Word is closed. It then sits at the top of the
database window and the users have to manually close it.
Is there a way to stop this toolbar appearing or if not,
can something be done to automatically close it when Word
closes? Thanks, Noel
