Web Toolbar

I'm missing the web toolbar from former versions in Office for Mac 2008. Can anyone tell me whether this feature has simply been discontinued or whether it is just very well hidden?

When I tried to create a new toolbar that I wanted to call "Web", I got the message that a toolbar by that name already exists ...

There is no web toolbar in Word 2008, but I confirmed what you discovered
about the name. Apparently the name is still registered within the program
even though the bar doesn't exist.
