Web tools sound problem

When I click on the web tools sound icon to insert a sound, I get an error
message to the effect ... this icon was created in html inline sound ctl and
that there is not an associated program to open it. Make sure the program is
installed. I have gone through help files and don't see how to fix this
problem.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, genie asked:
