Web Update to Office Pro Enterprise 2003 doesn't work

I've tried several times to update Office Pro Enterprise
2003 using Web update. I keep getting the meesage that
the SKU011.CAB file can't be found. I have the original
CD in and know this file is on it. I put in the correct
path to the file, but the update still errors out.
