WEB_WORK migration from PJServer 2003 to PJServer 2007

I understand from the Microsoft documentation, that MSP_WEB_WORK table
is not migrated to the Project 2007 environment.
What do you suggest in a situation where I need to keep all timesheet
information (past and future) even after the migration?
