Webcam/Audio problems

Have installed Webcam - in fact tried 2. (1) Microsoft LiveCam and (2)
Logitech Vid. Can see my daughter OK - but cannot hear her. She can see and
hear me fine. Have done the control panel and checked all sound devices etc,
but to no avail. I am a novice and this may appear a trivial problem to you
experts, but I would really appreciate assistance. Thanks to anyone who can
help.

Hi, Alba,

This probably isn't an issue with Office, which is the topic of this forum.
However, have you been able to hear other sounds from your system? Is your
volume turned up? What version of Windows are you using? What are you using
to communicate with your daughter?
